Email Consultations-
Email consultations are a great way to get quick advice or direction without rearranging your busy schedule. Many families use email consults to troubleshoot quick and simple questions and answers. We can schedule a phone consult if the questions require an in-depth explanation.
One Day of Emails- (For returning clients only) $40.00
Three Days of Emails- $85.00
Five Days of Emails- $110.00
If you are seeking advice for more than one child, we ask that you do a separate consult, except for multiples. If you choose to do a three-day package of emails, you do not have to use these days consecutively, but we do ask that you use them within two weeks of the purchase date.
Mini Package-
The mini package combines the 30-minute phone call and the one-day email package. You can book the 30-minute phone call and use the one-day email package within two weeks of the phone call.

Phone Consultation Package with Support–
Phone consultations are perfect for families who need more detailed and in-depth help. Once we set up a time to talk, we will send you an “intake form” to fill out, giving us details on your child’s sleep history and particular issues.
The Phone Consult packages include-
-1 hour initial phone consult
– 3 (15 min) follow-up/support calls
– 2 weeks of email support
-Personalized Written Sleep Plan
Price- $185
Face to Face Consultation-
Face-to-face consultations are for families who want all the in-depth help of the phone consult but want to talk to someone face to face. We can meet at a neutral location of your choice. Once we schedule our meeting, we will send you an “intake form” to fill out and a PayPal bill, which will give us details about your child’s sleep history and particular issues.
The Face to Face Consultation Package Includes-
– 1-hour meeting at a location of your choice
– 3 (15 min.) follow-up/support calls
– 2 weeks of email support
-Personalized Written Sleep Plan
Price- $230 (may also have a small travel fee depending on your location)
Expecting Parent or Newborn Package for Babies 0-12 Weeks-
Wouldn’t it be nice to know what to expect in those first few weeks with your little one? Well, now you can! We will teach you the tools you need to create healthy sleep habits from the start!
The Expecting Parent or Newborn Package Includes-
– 1 Hour Phone Consultation
– Sleep Schedule Sheet Broken Up By Ages
-Tips For Getting Through The Peak Fussiness Stage

For Returning Clients-
